Subscription Rental Terms Addendum
This addendum applies if you subscribe to rent the Software Products and a License
on a monthly basis through the Company website or an official payment link.
A. Definitions for Subscription Rental
- A1 Subscription means a monthly rental arrangement for access to the Software Products and a License for a recurring monthly fee.
- A2 Subscription Fee means the recurring monthly fee payable for the Subscription.
- A3 Billing Date means the calendar date on which the Subscription renews each month.
- A4 Billing Cycle means the monthly period between Billing Dates.
- A5 Access Period means the active period of access to the Software Products under the Subscription for the Billing Cycle that has been paid.
B. When Subscription Terms Apply
- B1 These subscription terms apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions above.
- B2 If there is any conflict between this addendum and the Terms and Conditions, this addendum applies only to Subscriptions. The Terms and Conditions continue to apply to one-time purchases.
C. Activation and Access
- C1 Subscription access becomes effective once payment is successfully received.
- C2 Access is granted for the full Billing Cycle that has been paid.
- C3 The Company may suspend access if payment is reversed, charged back, disputed without merit, or fails on renewal until payment is resolved.
D. Renewal and Cancellation
- D1 Subscriptions renew automatically each Billing Cycle unless cancelled before renewal.
- D2 The Client may cancel the Subscription during the Billing Cycle. Cancellation stops the next renewal.
- D3 If the Client cancels, access continues until the end of the current paid Access Period.
- D4 The Client remains responsible for ensuring cancellation is completed successfully before the next Billing Date.
E. No Refunds for Subscription Fees
E1 Subscription fees are charged for the full Billing Cycle and are not
refundable for unused time or partial months, except where required by applicable
law or where a proven billing error occurred.
F. Risk Warning and Disclaimer
F1 Trading involves risk. Results vary. Backtests and historical
demonstrations do not guarantee future results. The Company makes no guarantees
of performance, profit, or outcome. The Client uses the Software Products at their
own risk.

1. Payments and Pricing
1.1 Currency
Prices are displayed in South African Rand unless stated otherwise.
1.2 Payment Methods
Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
1.3 Pricing Changes
Pricing may change. Any changes apply to future purchases and future subscription renewals.
2. Monthly Rental Subscriptions
2.1 What You Receive
You receive software access and a license for the selected plan for the full paid month.
2.2 Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
2.3 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access remains until the end of the paid month.
2.4 No Partial Month Refunds
Subscription fees are not refundable for unused time or partial months, except where required by law or billing error.
3. Lifetime License Purchases
3.1 What You Receive
A lifetime license is a one-time purchase providing ongoing access under the license terms.
3.2 No Refunds
Lifetime licenses are non-refundable except where required by law or billing error.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 All Sales Final
No refunds are offered on subscriptions or lifetime licenses.
4.2 Legal Exceptions
Nothing limits non-excludable rights under South African law. Verified billing errors or failure to provide access may be corrected.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you experience a billing issue, contact support first at
[support email]. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension
of access and submission of evidence to the payment processor.
