By purchasing a lifetime license or subscribing to a monthly rental plan, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
1. Payments and Pricing
1.1 Currency
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.
1.2 Payment Methods

2. Monthly Rental Subscriptions

When you subscribe, you receive software access plus a license for the plan you selected for the duration of your paid subscription period.
2.2 Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
2.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time inside your account or by following the cancellation method shown on your checkout receipt or account page.
If you cancel, your subscription will stop renewing, and you keep access until the end of your current paid month.
2.4 No Partial Month Refunds
Because subscription access is provided immediately and is valid for the full paid month, we do not provide refunds for partial months or unused time.
3. Lifetime License Purchases
3.1 What You Receive
A lifetime license is a one-time purchase that provides ongoing access to the software under the lifetime license terms shown at checkout and in your license agreement.
3.2 No Refunds on Lifetime Licenses
Because lifetime license access and licensing rights are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately, lifetime license purchases are non-refundable.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any of the following, including but not limited to:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Lifetime license purchases
- Setup time, onboarding time, or support time
- Dissatisfaction with performance or results
- Failure to follow setup instructions
- Incompatibility due to device limitations not disclosed by the customer
- Accidental purchases
- Lack of use after purchase or subscription
4.2 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a billing issue, we strongly recommend contacting support first at [support email] so we can help resolve it quickly.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- Suspension of access to the software and license
- Blocking of future purchases
- Submission of evidence to the payment processor including logs of access, delivery, and communications
5. Incorrect Charges and Technical Billing Errors
